Branch 24 Past President Ray Penny (1999-2000) Ray's wife Shirley arranged for Ray's remains to be put in its final resting place, at the Western Shore Cemetary (next to the Legion) on September 16th, 2021 at 11:00 am where a graveside ceremony will be performed.
